As digital products are delivered instantly upon generation and are personalized to your specific birth details, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

When Refunds ARE Provided

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Failures

  • Payment was deducted but the service/report was not delivered
  • Duplicate charges for the same product
  • System errors that prevented access to purchased content

2. Incorrect Birth Details (Before Generation)

  • If you notify us of incorrect birth details before the report is generated, we will correct the details and regenerate at no cost
  • Refund is available if regeneration is not possible

3. Service Not as Described

  • If the delivered content is substantially different from what was advertised
  • If essential sections of a report are missing or incomplete

4. Subscription Cancellations (Prorated)

  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase may receive a prorated refund

3. User Errors

4. Change of Mind

  • Not reading the product description before purchase

5. Policy Violations

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Subscription Cancellation Policy
